Originally designed by JacksonCreative Group in 2010, Hotel Indigo Riverhead was reimagined with a softer, more serene approach inspired by its East End setting. Located among Long Island’s vineyards and just before the Hamptons, the refreshed interiors create an ethereal, cocoon-like retreat—a calming place to unwind after a long day in the sun. Layered textures, warm natural tones and a quiet, understated palette bring a sense of comfort and escape while giving the property a fresh identity that builds upon the character of the original design. As an IHG-approved interior design firm, JacksonCreative Group brings extensive hospitality experience and an understanding of brand standards to the renovation and repositioning of IHG properties.

Flushing, NY

Hotel Indigo Flushing draws inspiration from the neighborhood’s horticultural history. Once home to expansive tree nurseries, Flushing’s connection to the landscape can still be seen today in streets bearing the names of trees and plants. JacksonCreative Group translated this local story into a layered botanical concept, weaving floral and tree-inspired elements throughout the hotel to create a design rooted in place while maintaining the distinctive character of the Hotel Indigo brand. As an IHG Preferred Vendor, JacksonCreative Group brought both brand expertise and a locally driven design approach to the property.

Working within Hyatt Place brand standards, JacksonCreative Group customized this Riverhead property to reflect its Long Island setting and proximity to the water. A relaxed coastal palette of watery blues, sandy neutrals and warm woods is layered with weathered textures, nautical-inspired details and locally influenced artwork. The result brings a distinct sense of place to the Hyatt Place experience—fresh, comfortable and subtly beach-inspired while remaining true to the brand. The renovation was recognized by Hyatt Hotels Corporation with a Best Renovation award.

Warwick, RI

JacksonCreative Group is currently overseeing the redesign of the Crowne Plaza ballrooms in Warwick, Rhode Island. Working within an established palette used throughout the property, our goal was to bring warmth and character to the spaces while giving the existing dark mahogany finishes new life. By layering softer tones, updated materials, and contemporary details, we transformed a once dark aesthetic into an inviting, current setting designed to appeal to brides, prom-goers, and guests celebrating life’s special occasions.
