We first start by meeting with you to discuss your ideas, goals, timeline and budget. The information gathered in this first meeting becomes the groundwork for the entire creative process. Once we have a firm grasp on the project scope, our wheels start turning. Through research, brainstorming, and sketching, the concept begins to takes shape. As the process moves forward, this initial meeting is always referenced to ensure the design continues to meet all your objectives.

This is when the real fun happens! After meeting with you, we begin collecting an array of imagery, materials, furnishings and lighting. With the addition of doodles and sketches, the actual design starts to evolve. During this phase, options organically get narrowed down into a meaningful design direction. This is then presented in the form of image, material, and finish boards, renderings and plans. This presentation sets the tone for the entire project.

Once the concept is approved we focus on developing design specifications and assembling comprehensive construction documents that include all the information required to make your concept become a build-able reality. When necessary we coordinate with other trade professionals such as architects and engineers to ensure all your operational needs are met. As new information may require alterations, the initial concept is always referenced.

The construction process can be challenging. As your partner, we now act as the design police keeping the project on track. Being involved during the build-out process, we are able to quickly react to conflicts or needed alterations by providing additional sketches, material re-selections and provide on-site design solutions avoiding mistakes, delays or costly change orders. Until the very last picture is hung, our goal is to finish every project true to your original vision.
